There are different severity levels when it comes to the app alerts. What do they all mean?

“High severity” refers to events that could mean a serious problem. For example, an unusually large volume of water usage.

“Medium severity” refers to events that aren't as serious, but that should still be investigated as soon as possible. For example, a dishwasher or washing machine that has been using water for much longer than it ought to.

“Low severity” refers to events that are unlikely to affect the safety of your home, but that require investigation. For example, if Sonic has lost connection to the cloud.
