To stop receiving alerts:
Go to the homepage of the app
Go to notifications
Tap the snooze toggle to temporarily disable notifications
We also have a snooze but on the home page to toggle on/off.
To stop the auto shut-off:
Go to the app
Go to the settings tab
Click on "shut-off & notifications"
