This could happen if your batteries are low, so it’s worth checking if you need new batteries. If you do, we recommend these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Energizer-Ultimate-Lithium-Batteries-Pack/dp/B000IWW1G6?th=1

Otherwise, initiating a power cycle of the device (by turning the power off, and removing the batteries) should help. Wait for approximately 2 minutes and then try the device again. It should return to normal functionality.
