First of all, it’s best to initiate a power cycle – this means turning off the power and removing the batteries for a two-minute period, and then turning everything back on again.

After reconnecting, test the system to see if the issue is resolved. If it isn’t, please reach out to us at support@hero-labs.com and a member of our team will investigate for you.
