I’m having trouble connecting the app to Sonic via bluetooth. How can I solve this?
I’m having trouble connecting the app to Sonic via bluetooth. How can I solve this?

For Sonic Pro:

1. Plug the signal (plug) in and switch it on.

2. Press and hold the button on the front of the device for 10 seconds.

3. Release the button and observe if it flashes white, indicating it's in pairing mode.

4. Go into the app and find settings.

5. From there, select 'signal' and then choose 'swap signal'.

This procedure should help establish the Bluetooth connection. If the issue persists, further troubleshooting may be necessary so please let us know via the support chat.
