Sonic Wi-Fi

If you cannot get the valve to open/close from the app, reset your device with a full power cycle. This means turning off Sonic by removing the batteries and switching it off from the mains power for a duration of 2 minutes.

Sonic Pro

Follow the same steps as above, remove the batteries and unplug Sonic from mains power. For Sonic Pro, you should also power off Bridge (the small plug device) for the same 2-minute period. Once both are powered back on, the issue should be resolved.

You can still use the arm lever/handle on the device itself to manually change the valve position in case of an emergency.
