I got a notification in the app to say that the emergency manual handle has moved, but no one touched it. Why has this happened?

It’s rare, but on the odd occasion, micro-vibrations could occasionally cause this. It’s not that the manual handle was touched, but that it has fractionally/immaterially changed to show a misalignment.

Check your app and confirm the current status of the valve (open or closed), and check the position is correct for you. You can open the valve manually, or adjust it from within the app.

If for any reason your batteries are running low, the fact that there is not enough battery voltage to actuate the motor, can also cause you to receive an alert about the misalignment of the manual handle.
