Here are a few things to check:

  • If you have a dual network, ensure that your Wi-Fi network is on 2.4GHz (not 5GHz).

  • Check the router is near the device, and it’s worth making sure the Wi-Fi password is correct.

  • It could also be worth considering a booster/internet extender if the Wi-Fi signal is weak.
